Necton Parish Council Vice-chair, Jeanette Webb, doesn’t shy away from any task.  As the Council link with the Allotment Association, she’s often found getting close to the soil.

The editor spotted Jeanette recently on her knees, peering down a hole.  “Water!”, she said.  “The Parish Council have installed mains water supply to the Allotments and I’m reading the meter.”
