Cllr Woodward turns ‘bin fixer’ on the A47

The Chair of Necton Parish Council, Frank Woodward, made a repair to one of the Parish Council bins this morning, extending its life for a little while longer.  The bin, located on the A47 beside the bus-stop to Norwich, was reported as damaged to the Council earlier in the week.  Mr Woodward, a retired Domestic Appliance Engineer, assessed the damage and utilising some spare materials, made good a repair this morning.
