Police need your help

The following is a local policing update for the Swaffham neighbourhood
District summary 16 November 2015

Police are re-appealing for help from members of the public to help trace a 42-year-old man who is wanted.

Karl Giddings is wanted for failing to appear at court in relation to drugs offences.

He is described as white, approximately 5ft 10 to 5ft 11in tall, of slim build, with short brown hair and blue eyes.

Giddings is believed to be in the Dereham, Fakenham or Watton areas however he also has links to Thetford as well as in Essex and London.

Police are keen to speak with anyone who may have seen him or knows of his current whereabouts.

Anyone with information should not approach him but call Norfolk Police immediately on 101.

Swaffham burglary appeal

Detectives are appealing for information following a recent burglary in Swaffham.

It happened at an address on Queen Street sometime between 2.10pm and 5.20pm on Friday 13 November.

Two suspects were disturbed and were seen running from the rear of the address at around 5.20pm.

Anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area between the times stated or anyone with information should contact Det Con Sarah Warner at Thetford CID on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
