Following enquiries from a resident at the end of last year the Clerk and the Councillors met with a representative from Konect Buses to discuss the possibility of having a bus stop at the top end of Tun’s Road. We are delighted to announce these bus stops are now in place and we have been informed these are now operational.

This will help those living at the top of road to access the bus route without having to walk further into Necton to the bus stop near the shops. The bus stop is outside the Community Centre for travel into Necton and the other is by the turning into the Costa and C0-Op site for travel out of Necton. The official bus stop signs are in place and the bus can be boarded or alighted from these stops.

Hopefully these stops will prove beneficial for those residents nearby.
